Jock Monteith, head ghillie on the Newtyle fishing beat, has been representing the interests of the Tay Ghillies Association on our committee. This has allowed us to effectively forge a strong connection with the lower river, where salmon interests fully understand the importance of having the headwater rivers in a good state of health.
