TDSFB visit to the River Garry

There was a TDSFB visit to the River Garry yesterday. The Garry is the most heavily abstracted river in Scotland, and will be more or less a test case as to how the new Water Framework Directive will be used to address these issues. Hydro-electric issues dominate the Lochay and Lyon catchments in our area, and we will be trying to put together constructive ideas for addressing these things.
