No sooner had we started the Lyon catchment than Gordon found water voles again. Here his GPS is beside a burrow above Keltneyburn. Although he did'nt find any water vole droppings here, he was lucky enough to catch a sighting of one, so this confirms the species at this location in 2008. This is the furthest east we have found them yet.
