This intake will divert water from this stream in to a pipeline leading to the Lawers scheme. The hydro schemes require a good system of hill roads for maintenance, which can be used by other interests. This infra-structure is unlikely to exist without them....
The southern slopes of Ben Lawers drain in to Loch Tay and are outwith our TWCP area.
