Upper River Lochay

This is the upper Lochay, a wide river, prone to spates, very gravelly in sections. Much of the water up here is abstracted, but you probably would not know this in wetter conditions. Much of the upper catchment of the Lochay is very grassy, not the heather hills associated with many upland glens.
