TDSFB Fisheries Director Dr David Summers explains to Alastair Riddell and John Wood how SSE have upgraded the Borland lift at the Lochay Falls to allow more fish to pass. An EU LIFE project paid for this work in 2007, along with work to ease a number of smaller falls further up the glen.
