Back on the Dochart again........

This is looking over towards Kirkton from the south side of the Fillan above Auchreoch. The rain and sleet are clearing here for a minute, and allowing me to get my camera out.......

Nellie & me will hopefully be out tomorrow and we aim to take out a big section further down the glen between Killin and Crianlarich on the south side of the Dochart......getting close to the end now.

The mountains behind here are completely blotted out by driving sleet and rain.......this was me getting some shelter behind a bank on Auchreoch hill. What a horrible day it was today...........

The Black Watch Memorial in Aberfeldy

The monument marks the spot by the tay where the Black Watch were first raised as a regiment, principally to subdue the Highlands at that time. You can see here that the snow from the weekend id disappearing quickly now.........

Salmon a Leaping
